Bio

*FCSAA State Tournament Most Outstanding Pitcher (2023)

*1st Team All-Southern Conference (2023)

*Southern Conference All-Academic Team (2023)

Freshman (2023): Chevrier stepped in and made an immediate impact for the Bucs as a freshman, pitching in 28 games and going 13-2 with 6 saves in route to being named a 1st Team All-Southern Conference selection.   Chevrier took the ball in some big moments for the Bucs as a freshman, earning her first win in a victory over #11 Pensacola State and following that up her next time out with six solid innings of work to earn a win against #11 Central Florida. But it was the postseason where she shined the brightest, throwing a complete game in the Bucs FCSAA State Championship victory over Northwest Florida to earn Most Outstanding Pitcher honors at the tournament before coming in out of the bullpen to toss six innings and earn the win in FSW's NJCAA National Championship Game win over the Raiders. She finished the year with a 2.05 ERA and 113 strikeouts in 102 2/3 innings pitched while posting just a 1.28 WHIP on the season.

High School: Chevrier came South to play for the Bucs last season from Montreal, Quebec, Canada where she attended Bourget College.  She was a National All-Star Team selection after throwing 139 innings and striking out 213 as a senior. She helped Team Quebec to a 2nd place finish at the National Championships in 2019 and a 2nd place finish at the Summer Canada Games in 2022.

Personal: Born November 17, 2003, she is the daughter of Steven Chevrier and Chantal Latreille. She has a younger sister, Alexia (16).
