• FSW Elite Summer Prospect Summer Volleyball Camp (Entering 9th to Entering 12th Grade)
  • Wednesday, July 15, 2026 & Thursday, July 16, 2026
    • 1:00pm - 3:00pm

COST OF CAMP & PAYMENT

• FSW Summer Middle School Volleyball Camp (Entering 6th to Entering 8th Grade)
  • 1 Day:  $150
  • Both Camp Days:  $250.00
• FSW Elite Summer Prospect Summer Volleyball Camp (Entering 9th to Entering 12th Grade)
  • 1 Day:  $150
  • Both Camp Days:  $250.00

Payment must be made at time of registration in order to secure space in camp.  No walk up payments are permitted.

What to Bring

• Water Bottle, Athletic Shoes, and Apparel

What to Wear

• T-Shirt, Shorts, and Athletic Shoes
  • Knee and elbow pads/sleeves if needed.

Please print & complete the following documents:

• Waiver of Liability
• Minor Photo Release Form

In order to participate in selected camp these forms must be turned in the first day of camp.

REFUND POLICY

• All requests for refunds must be made by emailing Justin Long, Director of Business Operations, Athletics at justin.long@fsw.edu.
• All registration fee(s) paid with the exception of a 25% administrative fee (of the original registration fee), per session enrolled, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the start of camp.
• No refunds will be provided less than 14 days prior to camp, for expulsion from camp, for voluntary withdrawal from camp, or for injuries sustained prior to camp or at camp.
• We are also unable to issue a credit for any future camps.
