Bio

Freshman (2021): Skeen was a valuable weapon out of the FSW bullpen in 2021, pitching in a team high 25 contests, going 4-2 with a 2.70 ERA.  He was a strikeout machine, punching out 53 opposing hitters in 36 2/3 innings.  His right arm heated up as the season did as he allowed just one earned run over his final nine appearances of the season, posting a 0.87 ERA during the stretch.  

High School: Skeen came across the state to play for the Bucs in 2021 after preppin at Pompano Beach High School where he a four time All-District performer for the Golden Tornadoes.  As a senior he hit .474 with 12 RBIs while posting a 2.50 ERA with 13 strikeouts in 10 innings on the mound. He was once a travel ball teammate of Oakland Athletics' rookie superstar Jesus Luzardo.  

Personal: Born October 20, 2001, he is the son of Amy Chapman and Cooper Skeen.  He has two brothers, Peyton (22) and Parker (14).
