CHARLOTTE, N.C.- Picking up three wins in four games last week, the Florida SouthWestern Buccaneers remained #6 in the latest NJCAA National Rankings released on Monday.
The Bucs moved to 19-6 on the year last week, earning an 8-1 non-conference win over St. Thomas JV on Tuesday before taking two of three against Indian River over the weekend to claim their fourth straight series win to begin Citrus Conference action.
The top five saw a shakeup this week with Cloud County, Midland, and Blinn shot up behind Chipola and Johnson County who remained the top two teams in week three. FSW was one of four teams from Florida in the poll, joining #1 Chipola, #15 Northwest Florida, and #22 State College of Florida.
The Bucs are back in action on Tuesday at home against a fellow ranked opponent as they host DII #2 Pasco-Hernando in a 3 PM first pitch in Fort Myers.
