Bucs Stick In Top 25 To Begin Homestretch

The Bucs won their eighth straight game on Wednesday, defeating Hillsborough 63-51 on the road before dropping an 81-67 decision at Eastern Florida on Saturday.
FSW sits at 20-6 on the year and is tied atop the Citrus Conference standings at 10-2 with four games left to go.
The weekly shuffle in the poll continued this week with Snow at #1 the only team to hold their spot from last week. Vincennes, Indian Hills, and Southern Idaho moved up two spots into the top five while Gulf Coast lost two spots to #5. The Bucs are one of six ranked FCSAA teams this week with Gulf Coast leading the bunch at #5, Tallahassee, Chipola, and Northwest Florida back to back to back from #9 to #11, Daytona State at #15, and the Bucs at #24.
The Bucs begin a three game homestand on Wednesday when they host Miami Dade in Suncoast Arena in a 7 PM tip off before welcoming #15 Daytona State to Fort Myers for a Top 25 battle Saturday at 4 PM.
