Bio

High School: Perrin comes to FSW after a decorated senior season at Jefferson High School where she was named the Georgia AAA Pitcher of the Year after posting a microscopic 0.92 ERA in 168 innings pitched while racking up 284 strikeouts to help her team to a Region Championship.  In her three year career at Jefferson, Perrin finished with 299 innings pitched, 439 strikeouts, and a 1.25 career ERA while helping the Dragons to three Region Championships.  

Personal: Born February 7, 2001, Perrin is the daughter of Nancy and James Perrin.  She has one brother, Matthew (15).

Promising Season Cut Short For FSW Softball

The Florida SouthWestern State Softball team was in the midst of another record breaking season in 2020 when it was abruptly ended due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.  The Buccaneers had built up a 23-2 overall record as they approached the midway point of the season while earning wins over both the defending National Champion Chipola Indians and the nation’s #2 ranked team in Central Florida.

Bucs Offensive Assault Continues Against Lincoln Trail

If you are an opposing pitcher and you see the #3 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers on your upcoming schedule, you might want to schedule a sick day.  The Bucs offensive assault continued on Thursday as they put together two more run rule victories with 13-1 and 10-2 wins over Lincoln Trail to improve to 23-2 on the year.

All Smiles For Bucs in Sweep of Kalamazoo

Three days after grinding through a doubleheader split with #2 Central Florida, the #3 Florida SouthWestern State Softball team got a chance to let their hair down a little bit on Tuesday, sweeping past the visiting Kalamazoo Valley Cougars by scores of 5-1 and 16-0 to improve to 19-2 on the year.

Bucs Bomb Gyrenes in Naples

If you are a pitcher and value your ERA, you probably want to steer clear of the #3 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers right now. The Buccaneers put on another show Thursday night in Naples, putting up 31 runs in a 18-1, 13-0 doubleheader sweep of Ave Maria. FSW has now outscored their last seven opponents by a count of 92-5.

Bucs Continue Roll Against ASA

NJCAA Softball teams in the Miami area are going to get real tired of the #3 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers; if they have't already. A week after outscoring Miami Dade 23-1 in a doubleheader, the Bucs put it on ASA-Miami 15-1 and 14-2 on Tuesday in a twinbill, improving their 2020 record to 10-1.

The #3 Florida SouthWestern Softball team dominated Miami Dade in doubleheader action Tuesday afternoon, outscoring the Sharks 24-1 in a pair of run rule contests to sweep the doubleheader in the two teams first meetings of the year.

Bucs Split Day One in Dothan

The #2 Florida SouthWestern State Softball team split a pair of games on the road in Dothan, Alabama Friday, downing Northwest Florida State 9-3 before dropping a heartbreaking 5-4 extra innings affair with #5 Salt Lake to wrap up the day.

Bucs Blow Past Broward For Doubleheader Sweep

In both ends of their doubleheader Tuesday night at City of Palms Park in Downtown Fort Myers, it took the #2 Florida SouthWestern State Softball team a little bit of time to get going. But once they did get going, they couldn't be stopped as the Bucs put together a sweep of the visiting Broward Seahawks, with scores of 13-0 and 9-1 to improve to 3-0 on the young season.
