Bucs Fan Favorite Signs With Bearcats
Florida SouthWestern fan favorite Magi Milicevic will be headed to the Division I level next season after signing with Binghamton University in New York.
FORT MYERS, Fla.- Florida SouthWestern fan favorite Magi Milicevic will be headed to the Division I level next season after signing with Binghamton University in New York.
Milicevic was a two time All-Citrus Conference performer for the Bucs, playing in 50 matches and racking up 290 kills and 282 digs during her FSW career. She had nine matches of 10 or more kills for the Bucs including a career high 18 in a win over Hillsborough where she recorded one of her three double-doubles during the 2025 season. She had some big postseason moments for the Bucs the past two seasons, tying her career high with 4 blocks twice during the 2024 National Tournament as FSW captured their third straight NJCAA National Championship and then stepped up on the offensive end in 2025, coming off the bench to record 9 kills without an error to help will the Bucs back in the National Semifinal against Weatherford.
In her two seasons with the Purple and Aqua FSW finished with a 53-5 overall record which included a 2024 Citrus Conference and FCSAA Championship, a pair of NJCAA Southeast District Championships, a runner-up finish at the 2025 NJCAA National Tournament, and a National Championship during the 2024 campaign.
Milicevic is one of 10 FSW sophomores to sign at the next level this season including seven at the Division I level, joining Sara Gamboa (Florida Atlantic), Patrycja Labucka (South Dakota State), Dinara Sabitova (Florida Gulf Coast), Giovanna Rocha (South Florida-Beach), Valentina Zevallos (Southern Illinois), Sara Gasparini (Morgan State), Aleksandra Lucic (Mercy), Sarah Webb & Irina Makinen (Eckerd).
