Freshman (2020): O'Donnell pitched in 9 and started 4 games during the Bucs' Covid shortened season in 2020. She was 3-1 with a 2.74 ERA, striking out 25 opposing hitters in 23 innings of work. She earned her first collegiate win with 3 innings of work against ASA Miami. In late February, she went toe to toe with defending National Champions Chipola, throwing a complete game, striking out 7 as the Bucs downed the Indians 8-4. She earned her first FCSAA Pitcher of the Week award of her career when she threw 4 one hit innings, striking out 8 against Miami Dade to earn a win followed by a scoreless inning with 2 strikeouts a day later against Lincoln Trail.
High School: The 2018 Central Florida and 2019 Osceola County Player of the Year O'Donnell came to FSW after earning three letters at St. Cloud High School. As a senior, the two way star worked 142 innings, striking out 147 opposing hitters and posting a 2.17 ERA while hitting .333 with 11 RBIs at the plate. In her career O'Donnell logged 315 innings and racked up 338 strikeouts for the Bulldogs while registering a career ERA under 2.00.
Personal: O'Donnell is the daughter of Theresa and Thomas O'Donnell. She has one sister, Alexis (23).

Owen Bowers continues to etch her name in the history books as one year after becoming Florida SouthWestern’s first CoSIDA Academic All-American® in school history, she was once again named to the Academic All-American® Team in 2020-2021 making her the first junior college student-athlete in history to earn the award in back to back years.
