FSW starter Charlotte Graham kept it right there, working a 1-2-3 top of the 2nd with a pair of strikeouts before putting up another goose egg in the 3rd to keep it a 5-0 contest.
The Bucs added to their lead in the 3rd as Nishiya banged another ball to the wall to drive home two to make it 7-0 and it looked like FSW had an 8-0 lead after a single up the middle from Kwakernaak brought Nishiya to the plate, but after the home plate umpire ruled her safe on the play, he was overruled by the field umpire to end the inning for the Bucs and revert it back to a 7-0 advantage for FSW at the end of three.
