Freshman (2025): Yzaguirre battled through injury to appear in 12 games for the Bucs last season as a freshman.  She was a 2nd Team All-Citrus Conference pick, going 10-1 with a 1.84 ERA across 61 innings pitched. She struck out 77 and walked just 18, notching a 0.97 WHIP on the year. She earned wins in her first 10 collegiate appearances including win number one of her career coming in a complete game victory over #5 Walters State. She threw her first career shutout against #10 Seminole St., going 9 innings and allowing just 4 hits in a 1-0 victory over the Raiders.  She backed that up with a complete game shutout of #13 Daytona State two days later, tying a career high with 13 strikeouts to earn her both FCSAA and NJCAA National Pitcher of the Week honors. 

High School: Yzaguirre led Evangelical Christian to a 2A State Championship as a senior, throwing 127 innings and posting a 1.26 ERA. She earned six letters at ECS and was the News Press Player of Year in 2023. 

Personal: Born February 6, 2006.  She has two brothers, Matt (29) and Zeke (35), and two sisters, Sam (16) and Alexus (22).
