*FCSAA All-Academic Team (2025)

Freshman (2024-25): Briede played in 29 games for the Citrus Conference Champion Bucs a season ago. She worked her way into a more prominent role late in the season, averaging 15 minutes per game in FSW's final four regular season games of the year.  Her three best scoring games of the year came during that stretch, putting up a career high 11 against Santa Fe and backing that up with 9 and 7 point performances against Miami Dade and Daytona State the next two times out.

Second Half Shark Attack Dooms Bucs

Four days ago the Florida SouthWestern Buccaneers used a huge 20 point second half comeback to defeat the Eastern Florida State Titans on the road in Citrus Conference action. Wednesday the Bucs had the script flipped on them, watching as Miami Dade erased a 14 point FSW lead with a 53 point second half to stun FSW 92-85 and end a five game Buccaneer win streak.

Balanced Effort Propels Bucs Over Hawks

Five players scored in double figures for the Florida SouthWestern Buccaneers and the Bucs held the visiting Hillsborough Hawks to just 31% shooting as FSW got past the Hawks 65-61 in a key Citrus Conference game Wednesday night in Suncoast Credit Union Arena.
