Freshman (2023): Moore played in 37 games for the National Champion Bucs in 2023.  She hit .295 with 6 doubles and drove in 18 runs. Her first career hit came in the form of a double as the Bucs christened their new home ballpark against Florida National. Moore finished with 5 multi-hit games and drove in multiple runs on four occasions.  

High School: Moore joined the Bucs from the Garden State of New Jersey where she attended Brick Memorial High School. She earned four letters there and was a 1st Team All-Conference selection during her senior season when she hit .500 with six home runs and 20 RBIs. She also participated in Basketball and Volleyball at BMHS. 

Personal: Born January 27, 2004, she is the daughter of Claudia and Justin Moore.  She has two brothers, Brandon (22) and Brody (16).

For the second time during the 2024 regular season, the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers and the Indian River Pioneers collided in an NJCAA Top 5 matchup Tuesday afternoon in Fort Pierce and for the second time the showdown ended in a split as #4 Indian River took game one 8-5 before #3 FSW captured game two 7-3 for their 50th win of the season. The Bucs reach the 50 win mark for the seventh time in eight complete seasons since their inception in 2016.

Bucs Split Top Five Showdown With Indian River

In the early season NJCAA games of the year, the #3 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers squared off with the #4 Indian River State Pioneers in a matchup of two teams with a combined record of 37-2 on the year Thursday afternoon at Buccaneers Park in Fort Myers. Runs were tough to come by in game one as the teams went the distance and then some, needing nine innings to ultimately find separation as Indian River squeaked out a 1-0 win in extras. In game two it was a different story as FSW battered six different Indian River pitchers for 14 runs in a 14-2 five inning run rule win to split the twinbill.

Teams from the state of Alabama will be happy to know that the #1 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers won't be back to the Cotton State again until May as the Bucs dominated two more teams from Alabama on Saturday in Dothan, beating Central Alabama 7-2 and Southern Union 11-3 to wrap up a 4-0 weekend against teams from the state while remaining unbeaten this season at 8-0.

Bucs Blast the Competition On Day One In Dothan

The #1 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers blew through the competition on day one of the Visit Dothan Invitational in Alabama on Friday, run ruling Shelton State 9-1 in their first game of the afternoon before blanking Northwest Shoals 7-0 behind a 12 strikeout effort from Esmee Ames in the circle in their second contest.
